PURCHASING INFORMATION
MODIFICATIONS TO PRICE OR PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to modify or change/discontinue products at any time.
Prices on products are subject to change without notice.
While we have made every effort to display products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that colours may differ slightly from how they are currently listed.
SHIPPING
We aim to ship your order within 5-7 business days from the order date. There are a few options for shipping when you check out; please select the best option for yourself.
ORDER PICK UP
If you would like to pick up your purchase at our Winston location in Burnaby, please email us at shop@foodbank.bc.ca
REFUND POLICY
If you have placed an order and changed your mind or need to exchange a size, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order at shop@foodbank.bc.ca.
TAX RECEIPTS
Purchases made through the shop are not eligible for a tax receipt.

This website is operated by Greater Vancouver Food Bank. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GVFB. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
